Emily Gozy

Emily Gozy is an accomplished Registered Dietitian and award-winning entrepreneur from upstate New York.

She is the Founder and CEO of Nourished with Emily, LLC, a virtual nutrition counseling and wellness practice serving clients across the United States. In 2025, Emily was named Entrepreneur of the Year by Empire State Development.

Her work focuses on helping people build confidence in the kitchen and feel comfortable in their own skin through sustainable nutrition habits, accountability, and personalized support.

Emily is a passionate advocate for ending restrictive dieting and promoting balanced, realistic approaches to health. She has been featured in national media including TIME Magazine, Sports Illustrated, HuffPost, and Healthline, and her work has earned her the 2021 Recognized Young Dietitian of the Year award from the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and CNY Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 for 2025.

She also serves on the boards of WBOC, the Greater Liverpool Chamber of Commerce, and the New York State Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics as a Media Spokesperson.
