I’m Mark O’Donnell, owner of Operations Excellence, LLC, in Syracuse, NY. For more than 35 years, I’ve helped small and mid-sized businesses solve problems, improve operations, and turn good ideas into measurable results.

My background spans manufacturing, engineering, leadership, quality management, strategic planning, and organizational development. I’ve worked across industries ranging from electrical products and consumer goods to safety products, theatrical rigging, and large-scale construction.

Over the years, I’ve helped companies automate production, cut energy costs by 50%, reduce product costs by 40%, implement ISO 9001 quality systems, integrate acquisitions, launch new products, and grow intake by 400%. In other words, I’ve never been afraid to roll up my sleeves and figure things out.
