Melissa Jacobs

Hi, I’m Melissa Jacobs, founder of Harvesting Sage, LLC in New Woodstock, New York. I help adults move through stress, overwhelm, burnout, and the patterns that can keep us feeling stuck.

My path here has definitely not been a straight line. I spent years working in human services, advocating for survivors of domestic and sexual violence and supporting youth in foster care. Meaningful work, yes, but eventually I realized I was running on empty.

My own wellness journey led me to holistic health and becoming a certified health coach. Since then, I’ve explored Reiki, Conscious Connected Breathwork, somatic practices, meditation, movement, and The Emotion Code®.

Today, I combine these approaches to help people reconnect with themselves, release what may be holding them back, and feel more empowered in their lives. I don’t believe healing means becoming a completely different person. It’s about remembering who you already are.

And no, I don’t have it all figured out. Life still happens! I’m simply committed to growing, learning, and enjoying the journey along the way.
